We forgot to use the numeric payment reference. Can you identify us by the payer's name?

The payer's name is an insufficient identifier. If you paid without a numeric reference any entity with the same name or a similar name can theoretically claim your payment. This is why if we receive a payment without a reference we do not accept any written or oral claims over it.

If you paid without the reference please ask your bank to send an MT199 SWIFT message to our bank confirming the payment was made for an order with the exact numeric reference.

Alternatively, you can ask your bank to reverse your payment. Usually your bank sends an MT199 SWIFT message with the reversal request to our bank.
