We started our international professional video and audio equipment business in 1993. By 2000 we realised the potential of the internet and registered Globalmediapro (UK) Limited and our website. The New Zealand company was formed in the following year, and in 2002 the eShop was running, with prices made possible by global online trading: minimum overhead costs, wide implementation of outsourcing, and the optimization of shipping routes.

Globalmediapro now supplies thousands of customers in over 100 countries, managed from our offices in Auckland NZ and London UK. The eShop relies on the support of over 40 suppliers and manufacturers wanting to use modern sales channels and benefit from an international showcase.

Globalmediapro develops its own enterprise resource planning (ERP) software which includes the eShop, accounting and logistics modules, suppliers interface and relationship management module. Globalmediapro is a Talent Employer officially accredited by the NZ Government.

Globalmediapro is also a growing product brand: our batteries, chargers, converters, microphones and mixers are in great demand.

Our offer

Globalmediapro sells only new equipment in complete sets, not graded, nor refurbished. We keep a large stock, and when an item is not in stock we often deliver directly from our suppliers.

Payment

We have local bank accounts in 15 countries for faster payments and lower bank transfer costs. Globalmediapro's software is directly linked to international bank networks for automatic payment processing.

Secure delivery

We use highly reputable courier and transport companies. Our equipment is covered by transport insurance and packed professionally.

Guarantee

We guarantee all our equipment 12 months against faults of manufacturing, equipment returned to either New Zealand or UK. We also offer the Mack Pro-Video International Warranty.
