I have recently bought the Swit S-8972 DV Battery 48WH for my Sony
HD-1000 camcorder for professional use. The battery that came with the
camera was capable of keeping the camera on for about 3 hours with the
LCD Disaplay on. The Swit was giving me 11 (eleven) hours of unhindered
work with the LCD display on. I can also use it to give power to an
external camera light! This battery is a must have, as it gives you the
freedom to work worry free.
