Covers professional equipment up to US$5000.


With the Mack Warranty, professional video equipment can be repaired for faults due to manufacturing at the manufacturer's authorized repair centre in any country. Its cover starts from the date of (online) registration, within 30 days of the invoice date. The owner first registers the fault on the Mack website, and gets an authorization number. After the equipment is repaired, Mack either pays the repair centre directly, or the owner pays the repair, sends a copy of the invoice to Mack, and Mack refunds the owner.

The cover all parts and labor and head replacement when necessary. Such service, repairs or adjustment of this equipment is assured the original purchaser only.

Not covered: faults due to misuse, tampering, modification or damage as a result of accident, liquid, grit, impact, rust, corrosion, or lack of proper care as indicated in the operations manual. Accessories not covered: cable boxes, connectors, interchangeable lenses, decorative parts, A/C adapters, cables, handles, carry straps, knobs, buttons, remote, and batteries.
