Why can Globalmediapro not accept payment details for refund by email?

We can only refund when the payer's bank makes a SWIFT reversal request to our bank, because it's our only guarantee that the refund will go to the same account as that from which the payment was made. We regret this inconvenience. If the refund would go to a different account there are two risks: that the original payer demands a refund, or that we have participated in money-laundering.
