We have forgotten our account password. How can we restore our password?

If you have forgotten your password, you can get a new one by clicking on Forgot your password?. Enter your email address (the same you used to register your account). Click Submit. Our server will send a new password to this email address.

If the new password does not work, delete all saved cookies in your browser, close all your browser windows and start your browser again. Try to log in with your new password again.
