We cannot log in to our account. Why?

1. The eShop software uses COOKIES to remember your secure session. Cookies are switched on by default in your browser. If you have switched them off for whatever reason please switch them back on. And check that your Firewall allows cookies. Otherwise your secure session will be lost.

2. If cookies are switched on and you cannot log in please delete all saved cookies in your browser, close all your browser windows and start your browser again. Try to log in again.

3. If you have forgotten your password, you can get a new one by visiting the Get a new password page. Enter your email address (the same you used to register your account). Click Submit. Our server will send a new password to this email address.

If the new password does not work, delete all saved cookies in your browser, close all your browser windows and start your browser again. Try to log in with your new password again.
