If our login (email) and password are stolen, can we lose anything?
We will not supply a new order using a customer's account balance if Bill To and Ship To are changed. We only hold a credit balance when we have been unable to supply an order in full, and such balances are usually very small. We will not refund a balance upon an email request. So it is extremely unlikely anyone can benefit from stealing your login and password.
However, if you know your login and password have been stolen, please inform us. We will block your account and you can open a new account.
