If your login (email) and password are stolen, is there a risk of loss?

We ship orders only after receiving full payment. If your account has zero balance, thieves would need to pay for any order, making it impractical for them.

We retain credit balances only when unable to fulfill an order completely, and they are typically small. If your account has a balance:
1. We will not process new orders using a customer's account balance if there are changes in the billing or shipping details.
2. We will not refund account balances based on email requests.

We have additional security measures that we do not disclose.

However, if you suspect that your login and password have been compromised, please inform us. We will block your account and you can open a new account.
