Why can Globalmediapro not accept payment details for refund by email?
We can only give a refund when the payer's bank makes a SWIFT reversal request to our bank. This is because it's our only guarantee that the refund will go to the same account as that from which the payment was made.
There are two risks if the refund went into a different account: that the original payer demands a refund, or that we have participated in money-laundering.
This step is put in place to protect both us and our customers and we regret the inconvenience caused.
