The Velbon PH-145Q is a all die-cast metal lightweight and compact "revolving" pan and tilt head that features a left side mounted pan/tilt control handle and right tilting camera mounting platform, eliminating shadows, with two comfortable rubber-coated control handles, and a quick release QB145 camera mounting plate that measures 2" x 1.77".

It incorporates three bubble-levels for precise and accurate leveling. The flexible revolving design allows each of the three axis to revolve 360o independently from the other directions. Please note this head Does not work with ULTRA-LUXIF or ULTRA-LUXISF.
