TELE 2.2 IP - software solution for IP broadcast

Example of Indoor TV system based on IP broadcast technology in a shopping mall:

The advantage of this solution is that the picture generated by our software system can be transferred by employing a regular twisted pair, which is cheap and is easy to install. Moreover, one cable can transfer the picture from several independent servers. For picture visualization on liquid crystal monitors (LCD) or plasma panels, you can use D-Link DIB-120 and Amino 110 high definition IPTV Set Top Boxes (as in STREAM TV), which allow to transform the signal from IP to any convenient format, such as CVBS, S-Video, VGA, HDMI, etc. By configuring the Box for the required IP-address, you will receive the picture generated by the corresponding server on the monitor.

TELE 2.2 IP software also allows to organize a "live" internet broadcast, which equals in quality.


Features (similar to TELE 2.2 Info):

* Automatic, scheduled video material display on the air in round-the-clock, 24/7/365 mode, non-stop.

* The following elements can be used in one schedule in any possible combination:
- Video clips of different formats, resolutions and frame rates (can be joined into blocks): MPEG-2 (MPG, M2V, VOB), MPEG-1, MPEG-4 (DivX), MJPEG, DV (Type I or II - Matrox, Pinnacle, Canopus), Windows Media (ASF, WMV), Quick Time (MOV, DV), etc.;
- Video blocks;
- Animation files (sequence of graphic files (TGA) with alpha-channel);
- Scripts for display of titles (prepared in Alpha Pro application) with audio (*.WAV format);
- Text blocks (crawls) with audio (*.WAV format).

* Broadcast design with graphics and text affixed to schedule or controlled manually.

* Broadcasting text (SMS) and multimedia (graphic) messages (MMS), organizing the moderation of incoming messages.

* Automatic output of news blocks from RSS feeds.

* Streams coming from various video signal capturing devices can be used in any combination in one schedule. The source of digital stream can be a Stream ALPHA Plus card (1 input), an FS-6e card (4 inputs), DeckLink cards (ex. DeckLink Intensity), a controller with IEEE-1394 DV capture interface, "multipurpose TV Tuner" (different cards and USB-devices for video signal capture), or a web-camera. All digital streams can be scaled, color corrected and sound adjusted, can be displayed in full-screen or picture-in-picture mode.

* Editing current schedule on-the-fly, during schedule playback, at the last moment, or editing the schedule for a different day.

* Creating a schedule for unlimited number of days ahead.

* Remote schedule editing.

* Importing schedule from different formats, including text files.

* Using rotation mechanism for automatic broadcast filling with text messages, graphic elements and video clips. No need to create a scrupulous playlist! It is sufficient to indicate the number of runs for every element and time range for their playback.

* At the start of the output of every schedule element it is possible to overlay an additional unlimited number of text and graphic elements (secondary events) over it, such as:
- Graphic files (with alpha-channel too);
- Animation files (sequence of graphic files (TGA) with alpha-channel);
- Titles (Windows fonts, Unicode coding supported);
- Digital and analog clocks;
- Temperature sensor readings.

* Foreground composition elements and their contents can change when switching from one schedule element to another, or by transmitting the new values when the specified frames of the video clip are displayed.

* Generating a real statistics report of video clips and blocks broadcast.

* Remote system control.

* External switching equipment support (Kramer, DSC, XDR, etc.).

* External DV devices control via 1394 interface.


IP broadcast

- UDP (multicast) protocol, RTP MPEG-2 TS 3-10 Mbit/s, MPEG-4 (AVC, h.264) 1.5-8.0 Mbit/s.
- Compatible with DVB-S, DVB-C and DVB-T.
- Support for AMINO-110 and D-Link DIB-120 high definition IPTV set-top boxes. Possibility of operation (with necessary integration) with other set-top boxes.
- Support for professional digital receivers with IP input.
- Support for DekTec DTU-245 transport stream analyzer (DVB-ASI/SDI input/output).
- Support for DekTec DTU-2144 / 2145 (DVB-ASI/SDI input/output), DekTec DTU-110T cards.
- Resolution: 360x576, 540x576, 720x576, interlaced scan (50i).Support for 480p, 720p, 1080i, 1080p HD format. (For operation with h.264 720p, an i7 940 or higher processor is required).

WEB broadcast

- Protocol: HTTP, bitrate: 100Kbit - 1.5Mbit,
- Resolution: 360x288, 512x360, 640x480, progressive scanning 25p
- Coding formats supported:
- Flash h.263 (FLV), h.264*
- Windows Media 9 Simple, Main, Advanced profile (VC-1*)

h.263 and WM Simple Profile modes allow simultaneous video signal output (composite, SDI) and network broadcast.

* For work with h.264 and VC-1 formats, we recommend Intel i7 940 processor. For the rest, Core2Duo 2.66 Ghz processor will suffice.
