i think your hard disk is FAT 32 formatted. change it to NTFS and your problem of 2GB file limitation is solved.

great product easy to use great qty only drawback for that is i do 1 hr sermon at chuch and it breaks the files down to 2 gb each not just one file 10 gb file thats 5 files in total why i don't know i quess theres a reason for all in all great peoduct
