Overall it is not bad belt pack but it doesn't meet specifications in the user manual. The microphone button does not have any flip circuit and the mic only works when the button is pressed down.
Second con is this annoying click noise it produces every time the MIC button is pressed. It is a sign of poor attention to detail. Adding just one resistor fixed the problem.
Otherwise it gets the job done.
