Our bank sent an MT199 reference amendment to the Globalmediapro bank some time ago. Why have you not processed the payment?
It means we have not got confirmation from our bank yet. Our bank always informs us as soon as a correct MT199 arrives.
There are 3 possibilities:
1. Your bank did not send the MT199. You can ask your bank to give you a copy of the MT199.
2. Your bank sent the MT199 to a different bank. You can check that the SWIFT address of our bank (as on your Order) is shown on the MT199 header.
3. Your bank did not write the correct text explaining the situation to our bank. The MT199 should say: "Please communicate the correct order number 93XXXXXX to Globalmediapro."
