The TH-650 fluid head has a 65mm diameter claw-ball, making levelling simple even on rough or uneven ground. The TH-650 fluid head has a built-in counter-balanced tilt mechanism which compensates for the camera's weight and tilt angle. The camera (weight up to 5kg) is held steady at any desired angle. The head also has large locking levers for pan, tilt and camera quick-release plate operation, the TH-650 allows a one-touch operation for lock and release. The TH-650's substantial camera plate ensures a firm base even for larger video cameras, and also allows for fast and precise camera mounting and removal from the tripod.
